Good & Perfect Gifts carries our very own, very popular "Tropical Chicken Salad Mix." We recently had a customer come in and pick up over 20 of them to take on vacation with her! (Yep, it's that good!) It's perfect for making a stack of sandwiches, and it even tastes amazing as a dip for pita chips. The mix itself is made with onions, garlic, dried cranberries, red bell pepper, pecans, paprika, and sugar. All you have to add is Miracle Whip, crushed pineapples, and the chicken. It doesn't get any easier than that, and everyone will be begging you for the recipe.
Wind & Willow makes a wide variety of dip mixes in both hot and cold varieties. Simply adding a couple of ingredients to these savory dip mixes makes a snack that will have everyone licking the bowl clean and wanting more.
If you are feeling a bit more creative, alternate recipes are always included for making something even more impressive with all of Wind & Willow's mixes. For example, their "Back at the Ranch" Dip Mix is great for dipping, but it also makes an enticing pizza.
- 1 Wind & Willow Dip Mix
- 3/4 C sour cream
- 3/4 C mayo
- 1 refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 C chopped fresh vegetables of choice
- 1 C shredded cheese (optional)
Bake the pizza crust according to the package instructions. Cool.
Comtine Dip Mix with sour cream & mayo and spread on cooled crust. Top with vegetables.
TIPS: Add strips of baked chicken if you are a meat lover.
When you are ready for dessert, try the "Triple Berry Twist" Cheeseball and Dessert Mix. This one combines the sweet flavors of strawberry, blueberry, and raspberry. It is wonderful for making a Dessert Pizza, a Quick Cheesecake, or these Triple Berry Brownies.
- 1 Triple Berry Twist Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
- 1 Brownie Mix for an 8x8 pan
- 1 chocolate icing
Prepare brownie mix as directed on the box, but before baking, stir in the Cheeseball Mix until well combined. Pour in a greased 8x8 baking dish and cook as directed. Top brownies with chocolate icing and sprinkle with the topping packet. Serve warm for extra-yummy results!
