Ingredients

1 Broccoli Cheddar Soup Mix

8-10 Medium Potatoes (peeled & sliced)

1 cup Grated Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large baking dish.

Prepare Broccoli Cheddar Soup according to directions on package. Layer potatoes in baking dish. Pour soup over potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and top with grated cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Serves 6-8.

Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Mix

All are invited to a Christmas Luncheon at the Eldon community Center. The Eldon High School Choir will be singing Christmas carols under the direction of Ms. Rachel Wyss and a bountiful buffet lunch catered by Reinhardt Circle will include: Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, Green Bean Casserole, salad, dinner rolls and dessert! Saturday, December 10, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

You won't want to miss our local Christmas Parade starting at 3 PM! After the parade, you'll want to move to Whittle's Pocket Park to visit with Santa, enjoy delicious hot chocolate and cookies, and listen to several church choirs and local performers.
